The commission follows the huge success of "The Political Assembly" on VTM in Belgium where it reached a phenomenal average marketshare of 49.6% (18-44, consolidated) in the weeks before the national elections. The show is created and produced by Bargoens, led by well-known and renowned  TV-maker Eric Goens.

On one hand, the entertainment show "The Quiz with Balls" has been commissioned by RTL Germany. Meanwhile, the Belgian expansion of "The Floor" show has been announced.

A+E joined DPG Media Group’s Belgian channel VTM and RTL Germany’s NTV in acquiring the series which also plays out across Quintus Studios’ Free Documentary channel in the US, UK, AUS, India, Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia.

This comes as a result of an agreement with the German channel Super RTL. The show is already broadcasted on more than 170 countries and has been dubbed into more than 20 languages, will arrive to Germany, Switzerland and Austria via Super RTL and Toggo plus.

The series has already reached an average market share of 26.2% in the key demo for RTL4 (HHV 25-54, consolidated). It marks an increase of more than +25% vs the primetime channel average market share for the same target.
