Epix has acquired the major new six-part limited series “SAS: Rogue Heroes” from global distributor Banijay Rights. This marks the first international deal for the show produced by Kudos and Nebulastar for Epix and BBC.

The series follows a crack team of investigators, tasked with unravelling the mysteries behind a series of shocking air, sea and land disasters.

The titles claiming the win include programs related to Covid-19 and national health disasters in the UK and Italy, "In Cold Blood" and "A Warning."

The UK-based distributor's catalog this year features "Outback Car Hunters," produced by CJZ for Discovery, "Disasters Engineered," set to air on AMC Networks International and Spektrum, and "Aussie Gold Hunters."

The young-adult horror film based on an original script by Sebastian Niemann and Eckhard Vollmar and directed by Felix Fuchssteiner and Katharina Schöde. Markus Zimmer serves as producer, while Sasha Bühler contributes as Director International Films for Netflix.
