The inaugural Q1 2025 report reveals Broadcast TV holds a 61.5% share of total viewing, with Digital Video at 30.1% and BVOD at 8.4%; Streamscape aims to evolve into a digital dashboard by mid-2026 to enhance cross-platform planning.
The agreement covers the technical distribution of all SPI channels in Europe, as well as the distribution of 14 linear TV channels and the SVOD service from SPI.
Millennial and Gen Z parents now subscribe to more SVODs and spend over $100 monthly on TV services, but their willingness to cancel undercuts traditional assumptions about kid-driven bundle loyalty.
The deal also includes re-licenses for hit series "The Fall" (16 x 60’ or 9 x 90’ and 1 x 90’), starring Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan, and "Bron" (38 x 60’ or 15 x 110’), with Kim Bodnia and Sofia Helin, for VOD platform M6+.
This deal builds on Blue Ant Media’s existing relationship with Foxtel, complementing the natural history programming it already supplies via the "NatureTime" brand.
