The co-production and finance agreement between the international distributor and the UK-based producer will help develop the documentary, which has been pre-purchased by Channel 4.
The company will produce the true crime series, scheduled to TX on the channel next month. All distribution matters will be managed by Abacus Media Rights.
UK broadcaster Channel 4 has acquired Woodcut Media’s “A Royal Guide To,” as the indie announced the brand new six-part factual entertainment series which is scheduled to TX on the channel later this year.
The title surrounding the life and death of the actor, known for his role in Harry Potter, was produced by The Knox Foundation's executive producers Aaron Truss and Joe Acres, and is set to be distributed by Woodcut.
The executive, with 19 years of content development experience, will be tasked with developing factual content across key genres across the entire Woodcut chain.
