Netflix, Canal+, France Télévisions, Newen Studios Group are among the raft of broadcasters, studios and Government entities that will support the mentoring programme called A Woman’s Journey.
The French government is preparing to end the TV license fee later this year. Bruno Le Maire, France’s Minister of the Economy, confirmed that the “contribution to public broadcasting will be permanently abolished this year.”
This project is funded through a non-repayable investment of $1.4 million through the Government of Canada’s Black Entrepreneurship Program Ecosystem Fund through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario.
