The exec will join the team in Oslo on June 1, 2025 and will report into MD of BBC Studios Norway, Benedikte Minos and Head of BBC Studios Nordic Productions, Jan Salling.

In their new roles, they will report to Alex Hamilton, Chief International Officer Studiocanal and replace Kalle Friz who, after 16 years, will leave the company in July.

The title is a Rare TV production for BBC Northern Ireland and BBC iPlayer. The series director is Ben Jamieson, the series producer Brittny Heinrich and executive producers are Edward Hart for Rare TV and Mary McKeagney for BBC Northern Ireland.  It was commissioned by Eddie Doyle.

The format will be distributed internationally by Mediawan Rights and Dreamspark, offering strong potential as a prime-time family entertainment hit.

The simultaneous launch will allow millions of households across Latin America to enjoy this production on two complementary platforms: Kanal D Drama, the Spanish-language channel and SVOD app for Turkish dramas, and Lifetime, a multi-platform entertainment brand created by and for women.
