Shifting from within Banijay’s existing Spanish footprint, Amparo Castellano will lead Zeppelin, with a remit to further build the business’ portfolio of hits for the local and global market, reporting to Banijay Iberia CEO, Pilar Blasco.
Originally created by Zeppelin, a Banijay Iberia company, "The Bridge" launched in Spain in 2017 and aired for two successful series on Movistar+’s #0 where it is known locally as "El Puente". The format also sold to France with M6.
The company has tapped Chief Executive Officer, Pilar Blasco, to lead all operations for Banijay Iberia, while Paolo Bassetti remains in post for Banijay Italy. Both will spearhead their respective regions’ production labels and creative talent.
