Warner Bros Discovery gets at least three bids for Polish broadcaster TVN

MediaForEurope has made an offer for TVN's free-to-air business, targeting an EBITDA of around 500 million zlotys ($123.71 million). Polish businessman Michal Solowow, through his MS Galleon fund, and media group WP Holding have also submitted bids, with WP Holding reportedly joining forces with another entity linked to InPost CEO Rafal Brzoska.
