The Channel 4 series, now into its second season, has been sold to DR (Denmark), AVROTROS/NPO (Netherlands), SVT (Sweden), Britbox (Australia), BBC UKTV (New Zealand), and SBS (Australia) for a second window in Australia for their daytime schedule.
WildBrain Television, NPO and RTS have picked up the upper-preschool sitcom comedy produced by MIAM! animation in coproduction with Panique! and Lunanime.
MediaForEurope has made an offer for TVN's free-to-air business, targeting an EBITDA of around 500 million zlotys ($123.71 million). Polish businessman Michal Solowow, through his MS Galleon fund, and media group WP Holding have also submitted bids, with WP Holding reportedly joining forces with another entity linked to InPost CEO Rafal Brzoska.
The Paris-based global distribution company will cover rights in the rest of the World except The Netherlands where NPO has the First window. "Messed Up" is produced by Topkapi Films, in coproduction with BNNVARA (NPO). Season 2 is currently in production.
