Produced by DMLS Films, the six-part dramedy marks another scripted push for Banijay, whose French division now delivers nearly 50 hours of scripted programming annually across 18 labels, including hits for TF1, Netflix, France TV, and Prime Video.
The deal was announced during NATPE Budapest. The agreement takes effect immediately, with the first wave of titles expected to air on Network4 channels later this summer.
The partnership adds five live TF1 channels and over 30,000 on-demand hours to Netflix France by 2026, expanding its ad-supported tier and targeting the country’s 58 million broadcast viewers amid rising competition from local platforms.
The distribution partnership will see TF1 Group’s live channels and on-demand content available to Netflix members in France as part of their existing subscription, without ever having to leave the service.
With over 5,000 episodes and 3,000 half-hours in distribution, the group adds 15+ new projects across partnerships with TF1, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros Discovery, and Disney, and launches a Digital First strategy targeting Gen Alpha.
