Thomas Rabe will be Chairman of the Management Board of RTL Deutschland, as Co-CEO Stephan Schäfer to step down from the Management Board. Andreas Fischer was named Chief Operating Officer.

German broadcasting company RTL Deutschland has promoted Matthias Dang and Stephan Schäfer to co-CEO as part of a restructure of its management team following the acquisition of local publishing house Gruner + Jahr.
