WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings, and Netflix announced a long-term partnership that will bring WWE’s flagship weekly program “Raw” to the streaming service.

Netflix announced that Reed Hastings has become Executive Chairman, and Greg Peters has stepped up from COO to become Ted Sarandos’ co-CEO and a member of the Netflix board.

The executive will exit Lionsgate to retain an executive producer role through various stages of “Power’s” production, and to develop new shows for the global streamer. The deal is projected to be worth approximately nine figures.

Jane Wiseman, the Vice President of Original series at Netflix, where she also served as Head of Comedy, has exited the company after nearly seven years. The departure comes amid management changes following the elevation of Bela Bajaria to VP Global TV.
