Telia sells TV & Media business to Schibsted in billionaire deal
As part of the deal, Telia enters a multi-year distribution partnership for TV4 and MTV content. While the company adjusts its 2025 free cash flow outlook to reflect the exclusion of TV & Media, its mid-term financial targets remain unchanged.
