Rome-based OUR Films is the latest prestige shingle to join European powerhouse Mediawan, whose portfolio includes PLAN B and more than 80 additional production entities.

The executive will lead the Mediawan and ZAG joint venture, reporting to Miraculous Corp Board Chairman Pierre-Antoine Capton and working closely with board member and major shareholder Jeremy Zag to build the future of Miraculous™.

This joint venture reunites all facets of the “Miraculous” franchise under the ownership of the two partners (approximately 60% for Mediawan and 40% for ZAG).

This move creates one of Europe’s premier independent studios with presence across 13 Countries, 85 Labels, a catalogue of 30,000 hours of premium content and revenue exceeding €1 Billion.
