A1 Group and SPI International, a global media company, have announced a strategic, long-term partnership aimed at transforming how content is delivered, distributed, and experienced across Southeast Europe. The agreement covers the technical distribution of all SPI channels in Europe, as well as the distribution of 14 linear TV channels and the SVOD service from SPI.
This collaboration represents a dual milestone. A1 Group will act as the technical gateway for all SPI International channels in Europe, handling transcoding, encryption, and satellite uplink services through Eutelsat 16A — a key orbital position serving broadcasters throughout the EMEA region. At the same time, SPI’s channels will continue to be available to A1 subscribers in Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, and North Macedonia. A1 will also offer SPI’s SVOD service, further strengthening its role as a leader in entertainment across Southeast Europe.

The agreement includes the full SPI channel portfolio, delivering a broad array of internationally curated entertainment. This spans two major brands — "FilmBox" and "DIZI" — as well as thematic channels tailored to various audiences. "FilmBox" includes six movie channels: "FilmBox", "FilmBox Family", "FilmBox Premium", "FilmBox Extra", "FilmBox Stars", and "FilmBox Arthouse". Meanwhile, "DIZI" is SPI’s flagship destination for Turkish drama series. The offer is further enriched with specialized channels such as "DocuBox", "FashionBox", "FastnFunBox", "FightBox", "FunBox UHD", and "Gametoon". Complementing the linear offering is SPI’s SVOD platform "FilmBox+", which features a broad catalog of high-quality content across genres, providing an immersive viewing experience tailored to all tastes.
