Banijay brings Weit Media's "Anything Goes" to Russia

Banijay has partnered with WeiT Media to bring "Возможно Все!," translated to "Anything Goes,"to Russia 1. Through the agreement, the format’s debut will soon take place in the region.“The audience can expect to be entertained with classic comedy moments and sketch shows guaranteed to bring laughter," Yulia Sumacheva, Managing Director of WeiT Media said. ''Anything Goes'' compliments our ever-expanding slate of entertainment shows which include 'All Together Now,' 'Mystery Duets,' and the recent return of 'Fear Factor.'”

"Anything Goes" is celebrating its 1 th anniversary this year and continues to have great success in France where it is produced by format owners Satisfaction, airing its 10th season on TF1 this year. “The Russian entertainment space has gone from strength to strength and this commission taps into the trend for fun, upbeat formats. However, it also offers a unique and innovative angle for viewers, as in Anything Goes, there are no eliminations or winners," Lucas Green, Banijay Global Head of Content Operations at Banijay said.

The format has been adapted in 28 territories including the US, Mexico and Italy. In 2021 the local Italian version, produced by Endemol Shine Italy, achieved all-time high results for the season six premiere with over 2.5 million viewers and has since been commissioned for a seventh season. Mexico also aired a new spin-off Me Caigo de Risa: Gala Disfuncional as well as its seventh season. The series currently is broadcast by Televisa in Mexico as Me Caigo de Risa, where production on its eighth season is currently underway.

The title showcases comedians and well-recognized faces that carry out mime, musical, dance and improvisation tasks, as well as quizzes based on specific challenges. Packed with sketches and numerous laugh-out-loud moments this big studio entertainment show is intended solely for entertainment.
