CANAL+ appointed Amandine Ferré as member of Group Management Board

The executive had also been appointed Chief Financial Officer of CANAL+ Group a day before.

CANAL+ Group Supervisory Board appointed Amandine Ferré a member of CANAL+ Group Management Board, starting September 17, 2024. Ferré will be joining Maxime Saada, Chairman and CEO, Anna Marsh, Deputy CEO of CANAL+ Group and CEO of STUDIOCANAL, and Jacques du Puy, Deputy CEO of CANAL+ Group in charge of International and President of CANAL+ International.

Amandine Ferré was also appointed Chief Financial Officer of CANAL+ Group on September 16, 2024. She will be in charge of CANAL+ Group’s Finance and CSR, succeeding Grégoire Castaing, who joined the Lagardère Group as Assistant Managing Director in charge of Finance.

Maxime Saada, Chairman and CEO of CANAL+ Group, said: “Along with the members of the Management Board, I would like to warmly congratulate Amandine Ferré for her appointment. Her in-depth knowledge of CANAL+ Group, STUDIOCANAL and Dailymotion, as well as her international experience, particularly in Asia for over 4 years, will be valuable assets for the continuation of our growth and expansion. This appointment is a further illustration of the confidence placed in her by CANAL+ Group following her many successful roles.”

In April 2024, Ferré had been appointed Chief Financial Officer in charge of the IPO project. Previously, between 2023 and 2024, she had held the position of Director of Business Development for STUDIOCANAL in China. Between 2021 and 2023, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer of CANAL+ Tech, and between 2017 and 2018, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Dailymotion. She is a graduate of Télécom ParisTech and HEC. Before joining CANAL+ Group in 2010, where she initially held positions in Strategy and International Business Development, she spent 4 years as a strategy consultant with Roland Berger.
