“Mulheres no Comando”
Hosted by Fabi Saad, the docureality series "Mulheres no Comando", produced by ELO STUDIOS, will premiere on November 24 on Record News. The season features five weekly episodes and follows the journey of three entrepreneurs as they undergo mentorship sessions to take their businesses to the next level.
At the forefront of the program is Fabi Saad, founding partner of Mulheres Positivas (Positive Women), a social impact company responsible for an ecosystem of digital products and services focused on the personal and professional development of women. Present in eight countries, the project is recognized as the app with the highest number of affirmative job openings in Latin America, with more than 220 partner companies and over 500,000 downloads.
“Making 'Mulheres no Comando' possible — from design to coordination and hosting — was a privilege and a way to put into practice everything we believe in: giving voice, visibility, and tools to women who fight every day for their dreams. These three entrepreneurs taught me as much as I taught them. Witnessing their struggles, challenges, and victories marked me deeply, and being able to connect them with professionals who could further strengthen their journeys was truly transformative. The greatest legacy of this docureality is proving that when we fight and remain resilient, nothing can stop us,” says Fabi Saad.
"Mulheres no Comando" follows three entrepreneurs who embark on a true development journey to overcome challenges in their businesses. Mariane Almeida manages multibrand clothing stores in Ibiúna (SP); Smaylee Victoria runs an online pajama shop; and Tais Reche manages a metalworking business in Pirituba (SP). Throughout the five episodes, they will receive financial, psychological, marketing, sales, and media training consultancy and will have to prove their drive and passion to transform their companies before a panel of judges composed of Sauanne Bispo (Innovation Specialist), Maria Antonietta Russo (VP of People, Culture & Organization at TIM Brasil), and Alberto Leite (Entrepreneur and Specialist in Technology and Investments). In the end, only one will win a cash prize and a mentorship with Mulheres Positivas.
