Turkish drama “Forbidden Fruit,” distributed by Calinos Entertainment and produced by Medyapım, continues to receive high ratings on Fox Turkey. Now in its fourth season, the show has carried its domestic success beyond borders.

“Forbidden Fruit” is now being aired on Vijesti TV in Montenegro, after the sales in Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Paraguay, Greece, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Romania, Macedonia, Israel, Kosovo, Albania, South Africa, Nambia, Angola, and Mozambique, as well as Vietnam. Furthermore, most recently, “Forbidden Fruit” has started airing on OSN Al Tufah Al Haram; with OSN being one of the most important broadcasters in the MENA Region

In “Forbidden Fruit,” Yıldız and Zeynep are two sisters, who are very close but have very different characters and life goals. Yıldız’s life is about to take a new turn when she meets Ender Argun. Ender’s aim is to divorce her husband Halit, without losing her position within Istanbul’s high society circle as well as her financial status, so she comes up with a plan to set him up with a girl and consequently blame him for infidelity, which would get her a high compensation in court. The girl she’s looking for is no one else but Yıldız.
