Fox Entertainment Global, the content sales and production division of Fox Entertainment, announced the appointment of Sabrina Hall Aguirre as Director of Content Sales for Latin America. Based in Miami, Aguirre reports to Cyrus Farrokh, Executive Vice President of Sales for the U.S. and Latin America, and works closely with Matt Hanna, Senior Vice President of Sales for the Americas.
In her new role, Aguirre will lead licensing strategy and sales operations across the region, focusing on expanding Fox Entertainment Global’s presence and securing sustainable growth. Her responsibilities include negotiating high-value content deals across free-to-air, cable, SVOD, and AVOD platforms, leveraging Fox’s extensive global content library. “Fox has built a strong foundation in Latin America and we are deepening our local presence,” said Farrokh. “Sabrina’s appointment reinforces our direct commitment to the region, working hand in hand with local partners, developing standout scripted, entertainment and digital content, and connecting with audiences across all platforms.”
Fox Entertainment Global is actively increasing its investment in unscripted content and format sales in Latin America. The company is also launching new initiatives focused on creator-led programming and vertical, short-form video content tailored to the evolving consumption patterns of regional audiences and platform demands.
Aguirre brings significant regional expertise to her new role. She previously served as Manager of International Sales at PBS Distribution, where she played a key role in growing the Latin American business and expanding the organization’s global reach. Her career also includes positions at the International Emmy Awards, WME, and Deezer, where she worked across content development, international marketing, and creative strategy. With a global outlook and a strong creative sensibility, Aguirre adds considerable international experience to Fox Entertainment Global’s expansion strategy.
