Gusto TV announces its commitment to promoting and celebrating Canadian cookbook authors and their publishers, using its highly popular TV channel and social media platforms to highlight the shortlisted titles of the 27th Taste Canada Awards.

"We’re committed to supporting Canadian cookbook authors while encouraging our viewers to discover and purchase these incredible cookbooks that reflect the culinary traditions of our nation," said Chris Knight, President & CEO of Gusto Worldwide Media.

The channel promotions will include the five English-language categories: Culinary Narratives, General Cookbooks, Regional/Cultural Cookbooks, Single-Subject Cookbooks and Health or Special Diet Cookbooks. The promo videos will play now, leading up to the awards ceremony on October 21 in Toronto.

Following these prestigious awards, Gusto TV will double down on its commitment by promoting the winners on its channel and social media platforms.

“Taste Canada is super excited to partner with Gusto TV, Chris Knight and his team, as we join forces to promote and support Canada’s culinary authors, celebrating and advancing the wonderful homegrown culinary talent this country has to offer,” said Karen Baxter, Executive Director of Taste Canada.

By showcasing the shortlisted titles and winners of the Taste Canada Awards, Gusto aims to foster a deeper appreciation for Canadian culinary talent and encourage audiences to explore the rich offerings of Canadian cuisine.
