Inter Medya announced that “Aziz,” one of its best productions of the 2021-2022 season, has been licensed to Unitel in Bolivia. The news follows the announcement of new deals in Chile and Uruguay for two of its most successful dramas, “The Girl of the Green Valley” and “Scorpion,” and in Peru for “The Ambassador’s Daughter.”

Nominated in three categories at the 17th Seoul International Drama Awards, “Aziz” follows the story of Aziz Payidar, son of the Payidar Family, which is the biggest and the one and only carpet manufacturer of Antakya, while he lives his life in prosperity and wealth. Aziz’s fate changes when he kills French delegate Monsieur Pierre’s son Lieutenant Andre. He has to leave behind the lands he was born in and his precious love along with everything he has. Two years later, his return is going to be unexpected for everyone, because he has been assumed dead for two years, and everything has changed. Not only Aziz has lost everything but now under military occupation, Antakya is way too worse than the times when he left.

“We are pleased to announce that our successful drama ‘Aziz’ will be meeting with the audiences in Bolivia. ‘Aziz’ has an outstanding production quality and a very original plot. We are sure that ‘Aziz’s’ Bolivia journey will be very successful,”  commented Beatriz Cea Okan, VP & Head of Sales and Acquisitions of Inter Medya.
