Inter Medya licenses “Bitter Lands” to Panama

Turkey’s distribution and production company Inter Medya has licensed the successful Turkish drama “Bitter Lands” to Panama. The rating smasher, which has been licensed in more than 50 countries worldwide, will soon premiere on TVN Panama.

Produced by TIMS&B Productions, “Bitter Lands” has been taking the rating lists by the storm both in Turkey and in the international market. The show premiered last month in Spain on Antena 3, Atresmedia’s flagship channel, where its rating results increase every day. This week, the series achieved a market share of 15.5%.

Domestically, for the last three seasons, “Bitter Lands” has topped the rating charts in Turkey almost every night it was broadcast, and showed the same consistent success in the other countries where it was aired.
