Meghan Markle delays the launch of her Netflix series due to LA fires

Over the weekend, Meghan and Prince Harry, who live to the north west of LA, were seen visiting people made homeless by the fires in an emergency shelter in Pasadena.

Meghan Markle has postponed the release of her new Netflix series, titled 'With Love, Meghan', in the wake of the California wildfires. The eight episode series was due to hit screens on January 15 but has now been pushed back to March 4. It comes after 16 people were killed, dozens injured and thousands evacuated from their homes due to deadly wildfires raging through Los Angeles.

Over the weekend, Meghan and Prince Harry, who live to the north west of LA, were seen visiting people made homeless by the fires in an emergency shelter in Pasadena.In her programme, Meghan is seen cooking, at a beehive and enjoying time with friends in Montecito, California, as she says she is going to share some "tips and tricks" on baking, gardening and more.

The Duchess of Sussex released a statement addressing the climate tragedy: “I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California," noted.
