Merzigo has completed a new deal with Fremantle for various scripted series. As part of the agreement, the shows will launch on Merzigo owned and operated Social Media Channels, as well as Başlat, Merzigo's own OTT platform, Başlat, which will launch in Turkey in 2023.

“We are proud to be working with Merizgo for the very first time and we hope that this will be the start of a long running and fruitful partnership together,” said Amaç Us, SVP of distribution and sales for the Middle East, Africa and South Eastern Europe, International at Fremantle. “We are excited to introduce their audiences to some of our most loved and iconic series from all over the world,”  he added.

The deal includes popular dramas such as the action-packed German procedural "Alarm for Cobra," the long-running hit series "Baywatch," and the fantasy show, "Merlin." “We are glad to collaborate with Fremantle and we look forward to our future endeavours with them,"   declared Yigit Dogan Celik, Chairman at Merzigo.
