Eccho Rights has announced the addition of three new Turkish TV movies from leading producer Karamel Yapim to its international distribution slate. “The Perfect Stay,” “Stolen Hearts,” and “The Love Game” will be presented at Mipcom, expanding Eccho Rights’ growing catalogue of Turkish scripted content that continues to resonate with global audiences.

Handan Özkubat, Director of Turkish Drama at Eccho Rights, said: “We have enjoyed huge success with a string of powerful drama series from Karamel Yapim, who consistently deliver relatable, emotional storytelling. These warm, fun, and family-friendly movies represent a change in format, but will no less delight international audiences.”

Produced by Nazmiye Yilmaz, founder of Karamel Yapim and one of the most prolific producers in Turkey, the trio of films marks a shift from the company’s long-running series format to self-contained romantic and family-driven stories. Since its founding in 2016, Karamel Yapim has produced over 3,000 episodes of television drama, including internationally successful titles such as “Redemption,” “Legacy,” and “The Promise.”

“The Perfect Stay,” directed by Ayhan Özen (“Redemption”), stars Mahassıne Merabet (“Redemption”) and Ali Yağcı (“Daydreamer”). The film follows Elvan (Merabet), who, after a painful divorce, transforms a house into a guesthouse to rebuild her life. Her quiet determination clashes with her gruff neighbor Çınar (Yağcı), a reclusive woodcutter. When tragedy brings his six-year-old niece into their lives, their strained relationship evolves into an emotional bond, leading both to rediscover the meaning of home and connection.

“Stolen Hearts,” also directed by Ayhan Özen, stars Tolga Mendi (“New Bride”) and Ecem Ustaoğlu. The romantic comedy centers on Ceylan, a street-smart young woman who steals to pay off her father’s gambling debts. Her next heist—a rare manuscript owned by a retired doctor suffering from Alzheimer’s—leads her into the care of Ali, a principled photographer. Mistaken for the doctor’s long-lost daughter, Ceylan becomes part of an unconventional household where deceit, redemption, and affection intertwine. As her secret unravels, all three characters must confront their pasts to embrace forgiveness and love.

“The Love Game,” directed by Osman Taşçı (“Warrior”), stars Elçin Afacan (“Love Is in the Air”) and Erdem Kaynarca (“Hidden”). The film follows Eren (Kaynarca), a disciplined agency head whose life spirals after a workplace mishap involving free-spirited Şirin (Afacan). When a family emergency forces Eren to find a fake fiancée to ease his mother’s worries, he turns to Şirin for help. What begins as a pragmatic deal soon turns into a heartfelt connection, as the pair’s playful chemistry and growing affection blur the lines between pretense and truth.

These new titles highlight Eccho Rights’ commitment to diversifying its Turkish content offering beyond long-form dramas. By partnering once again with Karamel Yapim, Eccho strengthens its position as a key distributor of Turkish storytelling that blends local authenticity with international appeal.

All three TV movies will be available for international buyers during Mipcom, where Eccho Rights will showcase its expanding portfolio of scripted hits.
