NICELY ENTERTAINMENT ACQUIRES DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS FOR “HIS KILLER FAN”

The film is currently in post–production and will be completed this month, scheduled to be released at Mipcom. Crazy Legs Productions launched its new feature film division, Crazy Legs Features last year.

Nicely Entertainment obtained worldwide distribution rights to Crazy Legs Production’s feature film “His Killer Fan,” Previously named “Front Row Killer.” The film, which wrapped before the coronavirus pandemic, is currently in post–production and will be complete this month, ready to be released at Mipcom. “We are very excited to partner with Crazy Legs Features on this first movie. His Killer Fan is a music-filled thriller, which will appeal to a broad audience worldwide," Vanessa Shapiro, CEO of Nicely Entertainment, said.

The announcement was made by Shapiro and Scott Thigpen, COO of Crazy Legs Productions and Producer of “His Killer Fan.” “Vanessa is a seasoned sales agent and industry leader with a track record that will get our films distributed far and wide,” Thigpen said. “We look forward to a long-term creative partnership with her and the Nicely team to deliver our distinctive storytelling to platforms and channels globally.” 

Crazy Legs Productions launched its new feature film division, Crazy Legs Features last year. "His Killer Fan" is the first film from the new division, which plans to release multiple films for theatrical and digital distribution each year. "His Killer Fan" marks the first collaboration between Crazy Legs Features and Nicely, with their next film going into production this Fall and a slate of other features in development.  

The 90-minute film stars Brooke Butler from "Ozark," Teressa Liane from "Vampire Diaries" and "Into the Badlands," and Ryan Cooper from "Eye Candy." The feature film is a female-led, music-centric thriller that reflects on a story about friendship, obsession, and fanaticism. It also marks the feature directorial debut of Marguerite Henry, who serves as a writer on the project.
