Out of competition, Mediawan is showcasing several other high-profile titles. One of them is the upcoming series "Portobello", directed by acclaimed filmmaker Marco Bellocchio and set to premiere in 2026 on HBOMax. The project is produced by Our Films and Kavac Film, in co-production with Arte France and in collaboration with The Apartment Pictures, part of the Fremantle Group. Producers include Lorenzo Mieli and Mario Gianani for Our Films, and Simone Gattoni for Kavac Film.

Also screening out of competition is the documentary "Francesco de Gregori Nevergreen", directed by Stefano Pistolini.
