Radial Entertainment, a newly formed global entertainment company overseeing FilmRise and Shout! Studios, has unveiled its top leadership team. This group of accomplished executives brings extensive expertise and strategic insights to foster growth and innovation across Radial’s diverse portfolio in the global entertainment industry. The announcement was made by Radial Entertainment CEO, Garson Foos.
Introducing the team, Foos remarked: "I am pleased to introduce our exceptional top leadership team, consisting of industry leaders known for their proven success, strategic insights, and unwavering commitment to driving excellence. Together, we are poised to guide Radial and its brands into a dynamic future as the leading independent entertainment distributor," commented.
The appointments include Melissa Boag as Chief Marketing Officer, Minh Vo as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs, Brian Blum as Executive Vice President of Operations, and Thibault Hermenault as Executive Vice President of Technical Services.
Additional senior executive appointments include Bill Alexander as Senior Vice President of Finance, Jordan Fields as Senior Vice President of Content Acquisitions, Lexie Heredia as Senior Vice President of Content Investments, Jonitha Keymoore as Senior Vice President of Content Acquisitions, CJ Laychak as Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations, Jeff Peisch as Senior Vice President of Programming & New Business Development, and Jack Samec as Head of Corporate Development.
As Chief Marketing Officer of Radial Entertainment, Melissa Boag leads marketing and brand development to align with corporate objectives and drive growth. She oversees the integrated marketing teams at FilmRise and Shout! Studios, strengthening visibility for Radial’s catalogue and new releases. Her role spans brand strategy, advertising, digital marketing, publicity, partnerships, events, and promotions, while collaborating closely with domestic and international sales teams.
Previously, as Executive Vice President at Shout! Studios, Boag played a critical role in expanding the company through acquisitions in family entertainment, animation, and anime, while spearheading marketing and consumer engagement. She helped forge key partnerships with “Aardman Animations”, “Cartoon Saloon”, “GKIDS”, and “Studio Ghibli”, including the Academy Award-winning film “The Boy and the Heron” by Hayao Miyazaki.
As General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs, Minh Vo provides strategic legal and business leadership across Radial Entertainment’s portfolio, with oversight of governance, compliance, and intellectual property deals. She previously held the same role at FilmRise. At FilmRise, Vo was instrumental in securing rights for hit series like “Forensic Files” and “Unsolved Mysteries”, and supported the distribution of the award-winning documentary “The State of Texas v. Melissa”. Earlier in her career at Konami Cross Media NY, she managed the theatrical release of the anime feature “Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Side of Dimensions”.
Meanwhile, as Executive Vice President of Operations, Brian Blum oversees Radial’s content operations across its catalogue and distribution channels. He integrates the operational strengths of FilmRise and Shout! Studios, driving a strategy focused on delivering both new content and fan favorites globally. In his previous role as SVP of Video Production and Digital Operations at Shout! Studios, Blum built a flexible, end-to-end infrastructure that honored creative intent while adapting to evolving distribution demands. He emphasized exceeding fan expectations and future-proofing the company’s operations.
Finally, the Executive Vice President of Technical Services, Thibault Hermenault oversees the integration of technical systems across FilmRise and Shout! Studios, including content onboarding, quality control, and IT infrastructure. Formerly CTO at FilmRise, Hermenault led technology initiatives that emphasized scalability, security, and efficiency, aligning innovation with business goals and driving operational excellence.
