"Paper Empire"
Filmmaker and TV series creator Robert Gillings has featured his new TV show "Paper Empire" in Cannes. The new project is the first-ever series to take on The Future of Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets and is starring by Robert Davi, Denise Richards, Anne Archer, Steve Guttenberg, Robert Knepper, Cuba Gooding Jr. Richard Grieco, Carol Alt, Wesley Snipes and Kelsey Grammer.
Addition cast members include Helena Mattsson, Elisabetta Fantone, Tony Schiena, Chuck Zito, Tim Gibbs, Costas Mandylor, Gianni Capaldi, Laticia Rolle, William McNamara, Cynthia Khalifeh, Oleg Prudes, Michael Nouri.
In "Paper Empire", digital technology is breaking the current boundaries of human influence and taking control for its own greater good, not man's bringing forth a world reckoning result of a financial Armageddon. "This is the first project that I have done that I didn't receive a script. It was inspiring for me to talk to Robert Gillings before I started the project and see his passion behind it", said Denise Richards in an exclusive interview with Señal News.
Denise Richards plays Bentley Fintch, the wife of Robert Davi's character Lawrence Fintch, who is just as determined to retrieve their lost billions. "My character is described as a trophy wife, and I thought it would be interesting to try to bring a different way of playing that kind of character, try to bring more humanity to it. I only saw my scenes and thought it would be challenging and fun as an actor just stay in the moment of just that scenes and not know what is going to happen", she admitted.
Robert Gillings is the creator, writer, and director of "Paper Empire", produced by Michael Tadross Jr. and Bernard Salzman.
