Fremantle announced its partnership with electronics giant Samsung to bring a dedicated FAST channel, The Jamie Oliver Channel, to audiences in the UK. Viewers are now able to watch the British chef’s cooking shows exclusively on the free-to-watch platform Samsung TV Plus. The Jamie Oliver Channel is the latest FAST deal that Fremantle has closed with Samsung, having previously partnered with the free-to-watch platform to bring “Baywatch,” “Project Runway,” “American Idol,” and “America’s Got Talent” to UK audiences through dedicated channels.
The Jamie Oliver Channel will be dedicated to a host of well-known titles from the chef, including fan favorites such as: “Jamie’s Quick & Easy,” “Jamie’s 15 minute meals,” “Jamie’s Super Food,” and many others. From October 12, Samsung TV Plus audiences are able to find the food-focused content on channel number 4425.
