SB Media Group appoint Alex Morris and James Wigley to lead SB Media Group

The two executives will be based in London and report to SB Media Group CEO & Co-Founder Nik Hirschi.

SB Media Group has appointed Alex Morris and James Wigley to drive global expansion of the business, credited as the owner of "Supercar Blondie."“This company is at the forefront of the Creator Economy and I’m hugely excited to be joining as we scale to the next level, building new brands and creator talent and synergistic new businesses that leverage our huge engaged audience and brand strength” Alex Morris, Chief Creative Officer at SB Media Group said.

Based in Dubai and Boston with a car design studio in Prague and newly established London office, SB Media Group generates over 2 billion views per month with digital channels focused on cars, design and technology. Morris and Wigley will be based in London and report to SB Media Group CEO & Co-Founder Nik Hirschi. Former LADbible Group and Future Studios executive Alex Morris joins SB Media Group as Chief Creative Officer. Over 13 years, Alex previously helped build Barcroft Studios from a news and picture agency to become one of the world’s foremost factual content producers and channel owners. 

James Wigley has joined the business as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to SB Media Group, James was Chief Growth Officer at Jungle Creations where he spearheaded client-facing business, including brand partnerships and the growth of their social-first marketing agency, The Wild. James’ seventeen-year media career has focused on driving fast-growth companies and teams at the forefront of social publishing — including building the commercial businesses for two other leading social-first publishers, LADbible Group and JOE Media.“We are tremendously excited to have such experienced media leaders joining us at SB Media Group; having started as a single influencer and expanded to become a fully fletched global media organization with a team of over 50 employees," SB Media Group CEO & Co-Founder Nik Hirschi said.
