One of Sky's most recent projects, "Murder In The Valleys," will soon debut on Sky Crime and streaming service, Now, on Sunday, 6th February. “The Clydach murders remain one of the largest and most divisive investigations in Welsh history," Poppy Dixon, Director of Documentaries and Factual Commissioning at Sky, said.

The Sky Original series commissioned by Zai Bennett was crafted by Sky’s Managing Director of Content and Poppy Dixon, Director of Documentaries and Factual. It is produced by Five Mile Films and Filmed and Directed by Tom Barrow, Executive Produced by Nick Mirsky and Series Produced by Owen Phillips.

The production, owning up once again to Sky's specialization of true crime original series and premium US true crime from Oxygen and HBO, took a period of over twelve months to complete. "The team at Five Mile Films have meticulously re-examined the case and bring fresh scrutiny to the historic inquiry, in a richly thought-provoking and gripping series," Dixon continues.

The show covers the Welsh-based investigation, the Clydach murders. They took place one night in June 1999, when three generations of one family were brutally killed in the small village of Clydach, South Wales. For two decades, the community held very divise opinions after the case resulted in a non-guilty verdict.
