TWENTY-EIGHT MANSION SPIRITS
At the heart of "Into the Mortal World" lies the concept of the 28 mansion spirits, a fundamental aspect of traditional Chinese astronomy. These celestial bodies, each represented by a distinct animal or mythical creature, adding layers of symbolism and cultural significance to the celestial realm.



28 mansion spirits reminiscent of 12 zodiac signs of Western astrology, While both systems use constellations and symbols. Chinese one were chosen for their positions and practical purposes, while zodiac signs were often linked to mythological stories and perceived astrological influences.
