B2B marketing platform ProgramBuyer taps Dani Karas as Head of Sales

ProgramBuyer, the online screening portal that showcases TV content from around the world, have confirmed the appointment of Dani Karas as Head of Sales. Dani is an international television and film executive with extensive experience across digital media, entertainment and tech sectors, as well as previous experience in content acquisition, curation/programming, sales, production, marketing and distribution.

She joins co-founders Roz Parker and Edwina Thring, and their rapidly growing team of marketing, metadata and tech experts who manage the uploading, tagging and direct marketing of content to the expansive database of industry buyers.

ProgramBuyer has recently received a round of further investment from its existing investor Great Point, as well as Telemedia, South Africa; a leading provider of communication services and connectivity solutions, from satellite to fibre and telecommunications networks in Africa. This is earmarked for further growth of ProgramBuyer as a global B2B marketing site and content provider to FAST and VOD channels.
