Blue Ant Media confirmed the launch of its new FAST channel, Homeful, on the free, ad-supported streaming service, XUMO. “Homeful, which is packed with fan favorite, exclusive home-themed series, is a great addition to our growing portfolio of free streaming channels that super-serve niche audiences with compelling content they love to lean back and enjoy,” says Jamie Schouela, President, Global Channels and Media, Blue Ant Media. “This channel will fill a gap in the FAST landscape for home-themed content and inspire at a time when renovations and redecorating are a hot topic as we all spend more time at home.”
Homeful features title related to home design TV, giving audiences a programming lineup stacked with real estate and renovations, serving as an extension of Blue Ant Media’s existing partnership with XUMO, including the Love Nature FAST channel, which launched on the platform in May 2020. The lifestyle channel joins XUMO’s growing roster of more than 200 channels across 12 different genres, currently available to millions of viewers via a multiscreen network of smart TVs, mobile devices, and streaming boxes.
Some of the titles it offers include “Sarah 101,” a back-to-basics crash course in design as seen by TV design celebrity Sarah Richardson, “Candice Tells All,” starring design expert Candice Olson who takes on signature makeovers that showcase new mediums and art forms, giving viewers an up-close look into her busy life, and “What’s For Sale?” which follows families on the hunt to purchase their ultimate vacation home.
“Lakes, Docks and Decks” is also included in the slate. The show follows two expert dock builders who elevate dilapidated waterfronts to the next level with their beautiful and clever designs. Each episode follows the step-by-step process from conception to construction to the final reveal of the waterfront oases.
