Nordic Entertainment Group (NENT Group) will launch a broad range of critically acclaimed international series on its Viaplay streaming service on 30 November. The strategic launch reflects the rapidly growing demand for high-quality global content amongst streaming viewers and includes hit current and library shows such as "La Unidad," "An Ordinary Woman," and "Los Internacionales", while offering popular library box sets such as "Babylon Berlin".
The line-up of new international series launching today on Viaplay as territory premieres in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland is:

"An Ordinary Woman" (Russia); dramedy; season 1 (9 episodes), season 2 in 2021
"Happily Married" (Canada); dramedy; season 1 (10 episodes)

"I'm Alive" (Spain); action; seasons 1 to 3 (39 episodes), season 4 in 2021
The new Viaplay Original "Happily Married" is created by François Létourneau, directed by Jean-François Rivard and produced by Productions Casablanca. The series premiered in the Official Selection at Berlinale Series 2020. “Many borders are closed at the moment, but the horizons of viewers have never been more open. Viaplay already offers international series such as "Das Boot", "Paris ETC" and "Interns". The international titles premiering on Viaplay on 30 November are distributed by The Mediapro Studio (‘Los Internacionales’, ‘Night and Day’, ‘Lifeline’, ‘I'm Alive’); Beta Film (‘La Unidad’, ‘Babylon Berlin’, ‘Gomorrah’); Cineflix Rights (‘Happily Married’, ‘An Ordinary Woman’); and Onza (‘Little Coincidences’). NENT Group is set to premiere at least 40 of its original productions in 2021, and the company is stepping up its investment in international original content with forthcoming series such as ‘The Head’ (premiering on Viaplay on 6 December); ‘The Defeated’; ‘The Box’; ‘Close to Me’; ‘The Swarm’; and ‘Margeaux’.
