The Danish streaming service Nordisk Film+ is raising its price. The price increase was announced during the summer holidays and takes effect this month. The monthly price rises from DKK 59 to DKK 69, unless users switch to a half-year or an annual subscription, in which case the price remains the same. In connection with the price rise, some new features have been added, and more are on the way.

“From August 2025, the price of a monthly subscription will change to DKK 69. The price is increasing by DKK 10 because the costs of running Nordisk Film+ have gone up, and because we continue to invest in giving you the best experience,” Nordisk Film writes.

The last price increase from Nordisk Film+ was in September 2023, from DKK 49 to DKK 59 per month. Nordisk Film+ states that the price of half-year and annual subscriptions will remain the same. The latter costs DKK 590 per year. In connection with the price increase, Nordisk Film+ has added new content to the service, including bonus material with outtakes, interviews, and behind-the-scenes stories from Danish films, as well as music videos from Danish films. Additionally, users can now choose their own start page, access a new genre overview, and use an improved search page. Soon, Nordisk Film+ will also launch a live channel with Danish films around the clock. The company also announces that more films will come with subtitles going forward.
