"El Gerente" tells the story of Alvaro, a marketing manager who has long since fallen from grace. Separated, father of a teenage son with whom he can barely maintain a dialogue, bored in an unchallenging job, and a body that is beginning to suffer the consequences, his life has entered a long slumber from which he will have to wake up when Manganaro and Federica, the owner of the company and the new star general manager, demands him to innovate his mediocre sales campaigns. Alvaro and his team will have to rise to the occasion, but he is not looking forward to the amount of pressure and unexpected exposure and the risk they will have to overcome. The campaign puts Noblex in the center of the media spotlight and Álvaro on a tightrope: from there, he will have to choose what is important to him.
