"We are thrilled to present 'The Violinist', a poetic exploration of resilience, memory, and the enduring power of human connection. Set against the backdrop of colonial Singapore and the turmoil of World War II, the film resonates with contemporary audiences, touching on the bittersweet reality that sometimes the dreams we once cherished are lost when war comes knocking. Bringing together some of the finest talents in modern animation, 'The Violinist' offers a lyrical and musical meditation on today’s most pressing existential questions," said Alexandre René, VP International Cinema Sales at France tv distribution and Julia Schulte, SVP International Sales at France tv distribution.
