France tv distribution is launching the international distribution of the drama series "Kitchen Hustle" (9x26’), produced by CG Cinéma. The title will be launched in the frame of the Unifrance Rendez-Vous, which will take place from January 14 to 21, 2025 in Paris.

"Kitchen Hustle" tells about Johanna, a sous-chef in a Michelin-starred kitchen; Amandine who ditched business school to become a waitress; and Vivian who dreams of becoming a food critic. Together, they’re young, ambitious, and ready to make their mark in Parisian gastronomy. But amidst discrimination, humiliation, and an elitist, misogynistic, and toxic environment, their dream turns into a battle. Refusing to bow to the system, they decide to fight back, breaking the rules and reimagining French cuisine as something freer, affordable, and unapologetically modern.

The series is star by Yowa-Angélys Tshikaya, Louise Labèque, Edouard Sulpice, Jean-Hugues Anglade. Written by Marie-Sophie Chambon, Anaïs Carpita, Judith Havas, Camille Pierrard and Directed by Truman & Cooper (Anthony Jorge & Jonathan Cohen-Berry).
