ElectricNOW to be part of Mometu College Film Festival as sponsor

Electric Entertainment’s free streaming platform ElectricNOW will be participating in the 3rd Annual Mometu College Film Festival as official sponsor of the Best Horror/Thriller/Sci-Fi film genre category.

In addition, Michael Johnson, Director of Streaming & Content Operations for ElectricNOW, will serve as one of the judges for the Best Picture Award.The winner of this category, as well as the Producers’ Pick Award and Audience Award, will be chosen after the film screenings at the awards ceremony.

Michael Johnson states, “We’re honored to be participating in Mometu’s College Film Festival this year, and I’m especially proud to represent ElectricNOW as one of the judges for the festival’s prestigious Best Picture Award. There will be a Q&A with all of the category winners after the screenings, followed by the awards ceremony where the Best Picture, Producers’ Pick, and Audience Awards will be announced.

The 3rd Annual Mometu College Film Festival awards ceremony is taking place on Saturday, July 26 at The Harmony Gold Preview House in Los Angeles. The Festival provides a platform for the current and next generation of filmmakers to showcase their films.
