Feria de Valladolid and Spain Film Commission have announced the third edition of Shooting Locations Marketplace, scheduled for 17th and 18th October in Valladolid. The Spain’s leading shooting industry event is open to professionals that scout for public and private locations and destinations capable of hosting all types of shoots.
Shooting Locations Marketplace is designed as a business forum and a meeting point for destinations and audio-visual industry scouts. It is also attended by representatives of other agents working in the shooting industry. The latest edition of this international event not only attracted professionals from Spain, but also from other countries such as the USA, Norway, Malta, Jordan, Poland, the UK and Abu Dhabi.
In the wake of the excellent results obtained in previous editions, Shooting Locations Marketplace is committed to ongoing growth in both the number of destinations and profiles of the participating professionals. “The aim is to provide contents of maximum interest for participants and consolidate this event on the international audio-visual scene”, explained Feria de Valladolid’s CEO, Alberto Alonso.
Carlos Rosado, President of Spain Film Commission, highlighted “Shooting Locations Marketplace’s vital contribution to positioning Spain as an international shooting destination, a key project within the Spain Audio-visual Hub Plan driven by the Spanish Government’s Vice-presidency for Economic Affairs, as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan funded by Next Generation EU”.
