Taking place on April 1-2 at the prestigious JW Marriott Miami, the event promises to highlight the latest trends, innovations, and opportunities shaping the sector. Let’s explore what its exciting lineup has to offer.

The 2025 edition will feature a dynamic market and exhibit floor complemented by a thoughtfully planned conference summit. The centerpiece? Speakers Corner, where top sports executives and tech innovators will deliver engaging masterclass panels and presentations, offering insights into the industry's future.

The event kicks off with a Miami and U.S.-centric focus, discussing “The American Dream: A Media Hub for Major Sports Events.” Industry leaders from Hard Rock Stadium, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, FIFA World Cup 2026™ Miami Host Committee, and others will explore what makes the U.S. a global sports media powerhouse, covering topics like infrastructure, sustainability, fan engagement, and broadcasting.

The agenda then dives into the transformative power of AI in sports. Greenfly and Iron Mountain will showcase the value of archived content in driving fan engagement and new revenue streams, while Harmonic explores AI's impact on sports content creation, broadcasting, and fan engagement through innovations like automatic highlights, multilingual commentaries, and virtual product placement.

Panels by SVG will delve into the critical role of data, with sessions like “It All Starts With Data – The Untapped Goldmine,” and “Generative AI for Sports Media & Storytelling,” featuring experts from PGA Tour, Veritone, and others, who will discuss data-driven monetization strategies and the growing influence of generative AI in the sports business.

Streaming takes center stage in “A New Era of Live Sports Streaming,” where executives from Paramount/Pluto TV, FOX Deportes, YouTube, and Octagon will debate the rise of live sports on platforms like Netflix, FAST platforms, and league-owned DTC channels. Closing the day is the first installment of the popular “Pitch Perfect” session, where emerging companies present their innovative solutions in a fast-paced format, with the winner earning a pass to Sportel Monaco 2025.

The second day opens with a panel on “European Football Leagues Making a Strike in the U.S.,” exploring how major soccer leagues and clubs are investing in the American market. Industry insights will come from Televisa Univision, LALIGA North America, and OneFootball. Next, Vivaro Media will present “Winning with Scale & Personalization – The Future of (Fan-Driven) Sports Media,” demonstrating how data and AI-powered strategies are reshaping fan engagement and content delivery.
