Facing fierce global competition and industry cutbacks, on-location filming in Greater Los Angeles fell 22.4% in early 2025, with all major production categories reporting declines, according to FilmLA’s latest report.
The deal comprises six titles from Woodcut Media: "The Murder of Joanna Yeates," which launches on 22 April (1 x 90’); "The Crossbow Cannibal" (1 x 90’); "Krays: London’s Gangsters" (2 x 45’); "Murder in Concrete" (2 x 45’); "Confessions of a Female Serial Killer" (1 x 90’) and "Murdered or Missing?" (2 x 45’).
The three-day conference agenda is aimed at boosting business across Central and Eastern Europe, while fostering connections between the international programming community and local markets.
The Studio will participate at Mizucon convention next month with a panel entitled “Dubbing for Beginners” to introduce attendees to the possibilities of what a career in voice acting could offer.
