ODMedia, a leading provider of media aggregation and technical services for global content distribution, announced that Marijn Poeschmann will take on the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). In this capacity, Poeschmann will lead ODMedia’s global commercial strategy, drive growth across business lines, and implement scalable structures to support the company’s international expansion.

Poeschmann joined ODMedia in early 2025 as Head of Sales. Her appointment as CCO reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership as it scales across lab, localization, aggregation, and playout services. She also leads initiatives that harness AI to optimize efficiency and develop new service offerings.

Before joining ODMedia, Poeschmann spent a decade at YouTube, most recently as Country Manager for the Benelux. She was responsible for driving the growth of YouTube and the creator ecosystem in the Benelux. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Google, Russell Reynolds, and AlpInvest Partners. She holds a Master’s in Financial Econometrics from the University of Amsterdam and has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School.
