ODMedia acquires Pixagility and expands in Europe and Africa

ODMedia, the global provider of digital media services, has acquired Pixagility, a renowned French content services company operating in France and Africa (Ivory Coast). This strategic move underscores ODMedia's commitment to becoming the prominent European and African leader in the digital video entertainment landscape.

By bringing together ODMedia's wealth of industry expertise with Pixagility's service portfolio, this collaboration is poised to address the evolving demands of the media and entertainment landscape. The integration of Pixagility's local expertise and ODMedia's global capabilities will empower the newly formed affiliation to provide unparalleled services to clients in France, Africa, and beyond.

Both ODMedia and Pixagility will continue to operate independently, with Pixagility maintaining its headquarters in Boulogne, France. Philippe Monzein will continue as Managing Director of Pixagility and will report directly to William Linders, Managing Director of ODMedia.
