Australian producer and distributor has been greenlighted to proceed with its £2.1 million ($2.6 million) acquisition of UK non-scripted specialist, previously owned by Kew Media Group, which became insolvent last month.
The company has secured global distribution rights for three innovative new factual shows from a host of award-winning creators. The new non-scripted roster's titles are "The Secret History of World War II", "Life 2.0" and "How Factories Changed the World".
Based in London, she will manage non-scripted acquisitions outside of North America, working with both third-party and in-house producers, and will report into Alex Fraser, EVP Acquisitions and Content Investment.
These two key industry players closed co-development partnership and they will work closely together to create and develop non-scripted formats for international sales.
Graham will oversee a broad portfolio of acquisition opportunities spanning scripted, non-scripted, documentary and factual entertainment properties, as well as advise on corporate activities and business development initiatives.
