Twelve new projects spanning speculative fiction, magical realism, and political drama were selected for this year’s Accelerator, offering financing support, mentorship, and strategic industry access to U.S. Latino creators ready for production.
The distributor announced a pre-sale deal with WDR/Arte, for "China’s Wild Secrets", has licensed a package of world affairs titles to Arte; as well as three seasons of "Digging for Britain" to Hearst Network, among other deals.
The agenda included a slate of must-see studio screenings, featuring major companies such as A+E Global Media, Lionsgate, and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
With 2,100 participants from 60 countries, 1,000+ companies, and first-time buyers from Brazil and India, the 2025 edition saw a surge in international engagement, including new alliances through "Global Doc" and the debut of thematic summits.
