The documentary has been sold to Nine (Australia), RTL (Germany), RTS (Switzerland), TV2 (Denmark), TV2 (Norway), TV4 (Sweden), MTV Finland, RTBF (Belgium), RTS Switzerland, Play Media (Belgium), Quebecor Content, Upstream Media (US, Canada, Lat Am, South Africa) and VA Media (US, LatAm, and Asia).

The news comes during a time of major shifts at Amazon, both in the U.S. and overseas. Studio head Jennifer Salke recently left the company, shortly after international originals chief James Farrell and UK managing director Chris Bird also stepped down.

The licensing deal includes Seasons 1 and 2 of the new spin-off series "The Librarians: The Next Chapter," all four seasons of the original series "The Librarians," and two movies of the week from the "The Librarian" franchise.

The expanded docudrama has secured multi-territory deals across Europe, Africa, and Asia, including RTL, SVT, RTP, DR, and Now TV. Season one was a FOX Nation original, with two new installments set to continue the franchise.
